Cindi Leive is the editor-in-chief of Glamour, the most celebrated women’s media brand in America today. Under Leive’s stewardship, the brand has launched videos, live events, special editions, books, apps, podcasts, and The Girl Project, a global philanthropic initiative that supports girls around the world.
Over the last decade, Leive has won a number of awards from many organizations, including the Entertainment Industry Foundation’s Women’s Cancer Research Fund, the Avon Foundation for Women, the U.N. Trust Fund to End Violence Against Women, WIN, and the White HouseProject. Leive has also been honored twice alongside Hillary Rodham Clinton, first in 2006 by Girls Learn International, and again in 2014 by the National Br east Cancer Coalition. Under Leive, Glamour has received a record number of National Magazine Awards, two Television Academy honors, and a Webby People’s Voice Award.
Leive has been instrumental in elevating the good work of World of Children’s Youth Honorees by featuring them in Glamour and attending our events. World of Children is grateful for her long-term commitment and support.
