I often write about the rights of children, and I usually research carefully and make my arguments with clarity.
This time, I will not write anything myself, but simply ask you to study these two comments by President Donald Trump and his administration, both made within the past week. If anyone reading this does not see the anomaly, please write to me and I will clarify for you:
(1) “The Trump administration said in a court filing that reuniting thousands of migrant children separated from their parents or guardians at the U.S.-Mexico border may not be “within the realm of the possible.”1
(2) “Let us work together to build a culture that cherishes innocent life, and let us reaffirm a fundamental truth: all children—born and unborn—are made in the holy image of God.”2
Enough said!
