Project & Performance Update

This questionnaire will serve as your performance report for the World of Children Board of Governors. This will be a permanent record of what your organization has achieved with World of Children grant funds and make the World of Children Board of Governors aware of the progress toward your stated goals.

After review and approval by the Board of Governors, World of Children will issue payment for your next installment of grant funds.

  • Specific and measurable outcomes are project results that can be tracked and quantified. For examples, please refer to the cover sheet provided in your email.
  • Please include a budget outlining major expense categories of $1,000 or more.
  • If so, please describe.

  • PICTURES & STORIES

    Please provide photos and stories of children that have benefited from your work and World of Children grant funds. We will share your images and uplifting updates with our donors and supporters, thereby raising awareness for your work.
